If you are ordering a custom stamp, you can either mail a copy of your camera ready art to us, or send a file attachment of your design with your email order. Be sure to tell us the size of your bars so the stamp can be sized correctly. Allow 4~6 weeks for delivery of custom-made stamps.
Shipping
Shipping within the US is generally via Postal Priority Mail, and we gladly ship internationally. Please inquire about the shipping costs when placing your order.
Return Policy
We do our best to supply only quality products that have been tested for their ability to work well with handcrafted soap. If you receive a defective item, please notify us immediately and we will replace it or refund your money. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of an item, please contact us first and let us know. It's likely that we can help you with a technique or process that will make things right. If your stamp is defective in any way, we will work with you to adjust the stamp or create a new one if necessary.
